⁷ because the mind ^[a]set on the flesh is ^(A)hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, ⁸ and those who are ^(B)in the flesh cannot please God.

³ For through ^(A)the grace given to me I say to everyone among you ^(B)not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to ^(C)each a measure of faith.
